What about data retention?
Retention depends on your plan. Higher tiers keep snapshots longer and offer export options.
How do snapshots affect privacy?
Snapshots are run through a privacy filter before archiving; sensitive data is redacted when possible.
Can I get an invoice?
Paid plans include invoices; Enterprise customers receive custom billing and contracts.
Are snapshots really permanent?
Yes—public snapshots are intended to be permanent records. You control privacy before publishing; once cited publicly, the snapshot acts as a reference of record.
Where is my data hosted?
In Germany. We operate in German data centers and design for GDPR compliance by default.
Can I change visibility later?
You can toggle between private and public; keep in mind that previously shared public GRIs may continue to be referenced by others.
Do snapshots count separately from entries?
Yes. Your plan lists limits for entries and for archived snapshots per source. This keeps casual saving simple while preserving capacity for permanent records.
How does billing handle upgrades/downgrades?
Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect next cycle. No long-term contracts for self-serve plans.
