Current State: Community Guardians (Alpha)

Relyper is currently in an ALPHA phase. There is no paid Guardian support available yet.

Guardians are human community members who offer best-effort help on a voluntary basis. This help is free, optional, and not guaranteed.

Guardians are not employees, staff, official support or agents of Relyper. They are community helpers who share their experience with the product where they can.

Planned features may change and are not active during alpha.

What you can expect today

  • Community-driven help by human volunteers.
  • Best-effort answers based on their own usage of Relyper.
  • No obligation to respond, and no fixed response times.
  • No pricing, no contracts, no commitments.

What you cannot expect today

  • No paid Guardian services.
  • No guarantees about availability or outcomes.
  • No formal service levels or uptime promises.
  • No official support team or staffed helpdesk.

Planned Guardian Model (After Alpha)

After the ALPHA phase, Relyper plans to introduce an optional paid Guardian model. This will provide access to human assistance that is clearly separated from the free community Guardians.

This section is purely informational. It describes the concept so you can understand the long-term direction. It does not activate any features today.

Planned Guardian Types (Informational Only)

The following roles are conceptual only and help illustrate how Guardians may work after alpha. They are not available during the current ALPHA phase.

Community Guardians

Free, volunteer community members who help other users on a best-effort basis. This is essentially the model that already exists today.

Status: available only in its current alpha form.

Not a paid service. Not official support.

Professional Guardians

Planned, paid human helpers who offer more structured assistance as an optional service after alpha. Access would be based on quality and experience.

Status: planned, not available during alpha.

No pricing, no timelines and no activation yet.

On-Demand Guardian Requests

A future idea where users could request a specific human Guardian for a particular topic or session, clearly marked as an optional service.

Status: conceptual only, not available during alpha.

This is a roadmap idea, not an active feature.

Guardian Pricing (Informational Placeholder)

There is no active pricing for Guardian services during the ALPHA phase. All community Guardian help is currently free, optional and not guaranteed.

Pricing for any future professional Guardian services will be introduced after the alpha phase. Details such as structure, levels and conditions are still being explored and may change.
